I originally called Grant from Licensed to Chill for a quote, and instead of just booking the job, he went out of his way to help me understand my options. He patiently talked me through things step by step, explaining everything in a way that was clear and reassuring, never once making me feel silly for asking questions. What really stood out was his kindness and generosity with his time. He responded after hours, took the time to make sure I felt confident, and even checked in a few days later to see how everything went. That level of care is incredibly rare and genuinely meant a lot to me. I’ve been preparing a property for sale largely on my own, and his support genuinely made a difficult process feel manageable. It’s not often you come across someone so honest, knowledgeable, and willing to help without expecting anything in return. I literally found Grant from Licensed to Chill through a Google search - saw all the 5-star reviews and thought, yep, he’s the guy. And honestly, they’re spot on.

Grant was super helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I wasn’t even home and hadn’t met him in person, but I trusted him completely and he delivered. He squeezed me in, got the job done efficiently, and it was all zero fuss.

Pricing was great too - even though I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect, it was more than fair.

We were absolutely thrilled with the service Grant provided. He was able to repair the air conditioner in our caravan, which we thought was at the end of its life and would have been a nightmare to replace due to its location in the van.

Grant also assessed a three-door bar fridge in our man cave. As it was uneconomical to repair, he prepared a detailed report for our insurance company to support a replacement claim, which has since been accepted.

We cannot recommend Grant highly enough.

My air conditioner in my motor home died unexpectedly on the hottest day in December and Grant was able to diagnose the problem and give me advice to fix it myself as he was very busy.

I would highly recommend Licensed to Chill for your refrigeration installation. Grant consulted, managed and performed the full installation of the chilling systems required for our coolrooms when we relocated  Wedgetail Brewing to Falcon.
